Rik Oostenbroek also known as ‘Nkeo’ is 27 years old traditional artist, photographer, typographer, 3d maker, art director, retouch & photo manipulation artist. New challenges and experimenting with new trending styles, is the way Rik expresses his artistic path. In the interview with Tutsplus.com, he described how he grew up as an artist by saying:
“I grew up in the Media City of the Netherlands and came in touch with design when I was 15 years old. That was the day I met someone, who would be a friend of mine later and he was doing some weird things with this Program called Photoshop. At that time I never heard of it actually and he showed me some stuff people did with that program.”
He also spends a lot of time illustrating abstract art which is having a great outcome and he’s seen even in the main streets of the world such as London, Paris, Hong Kong etc. Nowadays he is working centered in Montreal, QC, but from his artworks you can feel that he is a Dutch artist.
Adobe Make It
“After learning some 3D stuff I thought it would be a nice experiment to combine nostalgia with futuristic stuff. Both Theme’s caught my interest over the past years so I had tons of fun doing this.
This is still a ongoing project and I’m planned to do way more stuff like this in the upcoming months.”
