Polish photo manipulation artist Krzysztof Szafulski

Krzysztof “Shap” Szafulski is a Polish artist, born in 1993.  Shap’s art include a variety of ideas that ignites peoples imagination. When it comes to expressing himself, Shap is not affraid to experiment with his ideas and cross the line. It is not hard to see that he loves to bring pictures of people, especially woman, into his art and mix it with nature and other abstract backgrounds. Krzysztof has this amazing ability to shift gears and mix it up.  Some of his art might seem a little “violent” and presenting the dark side of our imagination, whereas his other work changes drastically, with pictures of people and backgrounds, inciting imagination in a positive way.

He organized exhibitions like Poster Quadrennial Bardejov in Slovakia, “Przedwiośnie 40” in BWA Kielce, UPGrowth 2015/2016 in Warsaw, WDK in Kielce, OMPiO in Kielce, Pub “Taaaka Ryba” in Wolomin.“Throughout the time in which I am working on a canvas I can feel how I am beginning to love it, with that love which is born of slow comprehension.” – Joan Miro
